This 9 days program gives you full 7 days safari trip to experience game drives to great destinations in Tanzania’s northern circuit and even getting you closer to the great wildebeest migration in Serengeti National Park. This tour will also take you to explore Ngorongoro Crater often described as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting and Tarangire National Park: the kingdom of elephants, birds, and baobabs. This tour plan can be tailored based on the location of the migration at the time of your trip.

Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)
You will be met upon your arrival in JRO; and transfer to Hotel in Arusha. In the evening there will be a safari briefing (time will be communicated); if your flight arrive late then the briefing will be given the following morning before safari.

Day 2 : Arusha/Tarangire
Today, after breakfast, we drive to Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch, the park is famous for its big herds of African elephants, tree climbing lions, African wild dogs, lesser and greater Kudu, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk and others. The hilly landscape is dotted with vast numbers of Baobab trees, dense bushes and grasses. Game drives in the park.

Day 3 : Tarangire/ Serengeti Central
After breakfast, we will drive to the Central Serengeti for Afternoon game drive. You will have full day game drives safari in the Serengeti exploring the endless plains of Serengeti National Park where you will get an opportunity to see large predators such as Lions, Leopard, Cheetahs in the wild and plenty of animals that range from big mammals like elephants, buffaloes and hippos, eland, giraffe to rodents like mongooses.

Day 5 : Serengeti (North)

After breakfast we will have more game drive in North Serengeti then later in the day we will drive to central Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 : Serengeti (Central) / Ngorongoro
Another game drive in central Serengeti; Central Serengeti is famous for hosting large number of wildlife throughout the year. Then later in the day we drive to overnight in Ngorongoro, on the way there is an option of visiting Masai village ($50/vehicle) and learn more about their culture, with optional visit of Olduvai Gorge ($36/person) to learn more of this history-changing archaeological site made famous by the Leakey family.

Day 8 : Ngorongoro/Arusha
After breakfast you will descend to the crater for game drive safari in the Crater, you will spend the day exploring this extraordinary ecosystem that hosts a large diversity of animals in the crater, ranging from the lions, cheetahs, black rhinos, wildebeests, zebras, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, waterbucks, elephants, buffaloes, spotted hyenas, the hippopotamus to many more games. Later in the day we drive to Arusha for overnight.
